Regarding the status of shipments

Thank you very much for your support.

We have started the inspection and shipping of the 30 units that arrived at our Japan headquarters from the Malaysian factory.

This week's production volume at the Malaysian factory was the same as last week as shown below.

Assembly (this week): 60 units completed
QC inspection (this week): 30 units completed

The 30 units that have completed QC inspection at the Malaysia factory have already been shipped to the Japan headquarters.
As soon as they arrive next week, they will be inspected at the head office in Japan and shipped out.

As I reported last week, inspection speed has been a bottleneck.

Next week, we will temporarily transfer the assembly man-hours to support the QC inspection so that the 60 units that are waiting for QC inspection at the Malaysia plant can be shipped to the head office in Japan. 

 

I will report any changes on this blog as necessary.

 

We will proceed with production as quickly as possible, but there may be changes to the schedule depending on the situation.

出荷状況につきまして

いつも応援してくださり誠にありがとうございます。

マレーシア工場より日本に到着した30台に関しては検品＆出荷作業を開始しております。

今週の工場での生産量は下記の通り先週と同じでした。

・組み立て（今週）：60台完了
・QC検査（今週）：30台完了

マレーシア工場でのQC検査が完了した30台については日本本社へ発送済みです。
来週到着次第、日本本社にて検品し出荷します。

先週報告致しました通り、検査速度がボトルネックとなっております。

来週は一時的に組み立て工数をQC検査のサポートに移動することで検査待ち状態になっている製品60台を日本本社へ発送できるようにします。

 

変更あった際は随時、本ブログにて報告致します。

なるべく最速で生産が進むように進めますが、状況に応じて日程に変更が生じる可能性があります。
