Regarding the status of shipments

Thank you very much for your support.

This week, we continue to ship small quantities of ELZ_1 play, which was produced with LCD windows that have been screened and found to be OK.

This week, the Malaysian factory started product assembly and QC inspections.
Assembly (this week): 60 units completed
QC inspection (this week): 30 units completed

The 30 units that have completed QC inspection at the Malaysian factory have already been shipped to our head office in Japan.
As soon as they arrive next week, we will inspect them at our head office in Japan and ship them.

Due to the large number of QC inspection processes in Malaysia, the inspection speed has been a bottleneck.
We will interview the factory to identify inspection items that can be optimized without lowering product quality, with the aim of improving production speed.

Depending on the improvement of the QC inspection speed, we hope to be able to complete shipments to those who have currently placed preorders by the end of April.

 

I will report any changes on this blog as necessary.

 

We will proceed with production as quickly as possible, but there may be changes to the schedule depending on the situation.

出荷状況につきまして

いつも応援してくださり誠にありがとうございます。

今週も引き続き選別済みのOKとなったLCD窓を使用し生産したELZ_1 playを少量ずつ出荷しております。

今週より、基板のケースへの組み込みとQCによる検査を開始しました。
・組み立て（今週）：60台完了
・QC検査（今週）：30台完了

マレーシア工場でのQC検査が完了した30台については日本本社へ発送済みです。
来週到着次第、日本本社にて検品し出荷します。

マレーシアでのQC検査工程が多いこともあり、検査速度がボトルネックになっております。
工場へヒアリングを行いながら品質を下げずに最適化可能な検査項目を洗い出し生産速度の改善を目指します。

QC検査速度の改善状況にもよりますが、4月末頃までに現在プレオーダー頂いている方への出荷を完了できるように進めていきたいと考えております。
