<About hardware>

 At the Malaysian factory, we are currently installing electronic parts and wiring into the case in order from the board that has been completed. However, we are not able to increase the production speed, especially because of the many processes involved in inspecting all completed assemblies when they are shipped from the Malaysian factory.
We would like to increase production speed as much as possible, but we are proceeding with caution as it affects quality.

We have not found any problems in the inspection of products arriving at our head office in Japan, so we will gradually start shipping from next week.

 My first Jamuary jam for 2024 and I'm pretty damn rusty! I'm really hoping to get more jams done than I did in 2023 as I have a lot of cool stuff that I've barely had time to experiment with as I've had such a lot of work to do. By the way, Happy New Year everyone! This jam uses the ELZ_1 play prototype as is pretty much perfect for this kind of thing as it's a synthesizer that has a 4-track audio looper, sequencer, effects and drum machine capability all in one. Internally I recorded a drum loop from the STK Drummer engine, created a bass patch and recorded that, then made a quick melody patch and sequenced\ppayed that. It has audio in and analog sync so in this jam the Volca Modular is sync'd to the ELZ_1 play and it's audio is passing through it's effects and mixer. So you'll probably see it pop up quite a lot over the month as it will give me a chance to experiment jamming on it. Btw the ending is a bit brutal, should have faded the bass.

今週の出来事

＜ハードウェアについて＞

電子パーツや配線の取り付けの完了した基板から順に、ケースへの組み込み工程へと順次進めておりますが、特に工場内での出荷前の検査工程が多く生産速度を上げることが出来ておりません。なるべく生産速度を上げていきたいですが、品質に影響するところですので、慎重に進めております。

日本の本社に到着した製品の検品では特に問題は出ておりませんので、来週から徐々に出荷を開始致します。

2024年最初のJamuaryジャムだが、かなり腕が錆びついている！
今年は、2023年よりも多くJamしたいと思っているんだ。
たくさんのクールな素材があるんだけど、仕事が忙しくてほとんど試す時間がなかったからね。
ところで皆さん、あけましておめでとうございます！

ELZ_1は4トラックのオーディオ・ルーパー、シーケンサー、エフェクト、ドラム・マシンが一体化したシンセサイザーで、この種のジャムには最適だ。
内部的には、STK Drummerエンジンからドラム・ループを録音し、ベース・パッチを作ってそれを録音した。
オーディオ・インとアナログ・シンクがあるから、このジャムではVolca ModularがELZ_1 playに同期して、かつ、VolcaのオーディオがELZ_1のエフェクトとミキサーを通過しています。
今月はこういった構成でのJamがたくさんやれると思うよ。

エンディングは、ベースをフェードさせるべきだったかも。

　到着したものを検品、検品後出荷
