Regarding the status of shipments

Thank you very much for your support.

This week, we continue to ship small quantities of ELZ_1 play, which was produced with LCD windows that have been screened and found to be OK.

In my last Blog, I reported that the LCD windows would arrive at the beginning of this week. Although there was no problem with the sample LCD window, it was found that glue (for fixing the LCD window to the case) was adhered to the surface of the mass-produced LCD windows that arrived at the factory.

We are still inquiring with the supplier about whether the shortened delivery date caused this problem, but we have told the supplier that we want them to do their best to ensure the quality of the product, because it would be a total disaster if they produce defective products in a hurry.

As a result, we have been remaking the product again since Tuesday, and the LCD windows will be shipped again today to the factory in Malaysia.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

The remade LCD windows will arrive at the factory around March 25-26, and if there are no problems, we will gradually increase the production volume.

We would like to ship by air from the daily production at the factory in Malaysia to our head office in Japan sequentially from around March 29.

In Japan, we will inspect the products the week of April 1, and if there are no problems, we will increase the volume of shipments to customers at that time.

As for the timing of completion of shipments, we would like to estimate again after two or three days of production at the Malaysian factory, since it depends on delays like this one and how much we can actually accelerate the production volume.

I will report any changes on this blog as necessary.

 

We will proceed with production as quickly as possible, but there may be changes to the schedule depending on the situation.

出荷状況につきまして

いつも応援してくださり誠にありがとうございます。

今週も引き続き選別済みのOKとなったLCD窓を使用し生産したELZ_1 playを少量ずつ出荷しております。

前回のBlogで今週頭に到着すると報告しておりましたLCD窓ですが、サンプル品では問題なかったのですが、工場に到着した量産品のLCD窓の表面に糊（ケースへの固定用）が付着していることが判明しました。

納期を短縮した影響が出てしまったのかは、サプライヤに問い合わせ中ですが、焦って不良品を出してしまっては本末転倒ですので、品質の担保に全力を尽くすよう伝えました。

そのため、火曜より再度作り直しをしておりまして、本日再度マレーシアの工場に向けてLCD窓が出荷されます。
大変申し訳ございません。

作り直したLCD窓は3/25～26頃に工場に到着し、問題が無ければ生産量を徐々に増やしていきます。

3/29頃からデイリーで生産出来た分を日本本社に向けて航空便にて発送したいと考えております。

日本では4/1の週に検品し、問題なければそのタイミングでお客様への出荷量を増やしていきます。

出荷完了時期に関しては今回のようなケースもあることや、実際に生産量をどの程度加速出来るのかによるため、マレーシア工場での生産を２～３日間実施した上で再度見積もりたいと思います。

変更あった際は随時、本ブログにて報告致します。
