<About hardware>

As for the work to mount the components on the "FCC/CE Compliant Board", the special nozzle (attachment to the mounter) to facilitate the mounting of the tiny parts arrived at the factory in Malaysia on Monday, as scheduled, and the component mounting work was completed.

The mounting was completed on the 25th, earlier than expected, and the mounted boards were shipped from Malaysia to Japan that afternoon.

The board arrived in Japan last night and we started operation check today morning.

 

< About software >

Firmware testing and debugging work is underway.

We also added a level meter to the UI of the mixer.

 

Schedule for next week

- Complete the operation check of the "FCC/CE countermeasure board".

- Conduct FCC/CE certification test ( Scheduled on next Tuesday ).

 

Future schedule

Mass production schedule and shipping schedule if FCC/CE certification test is passed

Week of November 6: 1st batch ordered, 1st batch of substrates manufactured

Week of November 20: Assembly of 1st batch begins and testing begins.

Assembly and inspection of the first batch will be completed and shipping will start in order.

 

We will proceed with development as fast as possible, but the schedule may change depending on the development status.

今週の出来事

＜ハードウェアについて＞

マレーシア工場にて行っている「FCC/CE対策基板」への部品のマウント作業ですが、極小パーツのマウントを容易にするための特別なノズル（マウンターにとりつけるアタッチメント）が予定通り今週月曜に到着し、部品のマウント作業が完了致しました。

部品のマウントは予定していたよりも早く25日に完了し、実装済みの基板は、その日の午後にマレーシアから日本へ発送しました。

基板は昨晩日本に到着し、本日朝から動作チェックを開始しました。

 

 

＜ソフトウェアについて＞

ファームウェアの検査とデバッグ作業を実施しております。

また、ミキサーのUIにレベルメータ―を追加しました。

 

来週の予定

・「FCC/CE対策基板」の動作チェックを完了する。

・FCC/CE認証試験を実施（火曜日を予定）

 

今後のスケジュール

FCC/CE認証試験に合格した場合の量産日程および発送予定

11月6日の週　1stロット発注、1stロットの基板製造開始

11月20日の週　1stロットの組み立て開始、検査実施開始

組み立て、検査完了したものから順次発送開始

 

なるべく最速で開発が進むように進めますが、開発状況に応じて日程に変更が生じる可能性があります。
